Financial Markup - Prime Contract Markup from Project Template (05/11/2026)
Procore has introduced the ability to automatically copy Prime Contract markup details from your project templates to new projects. When you create a project, key attributes such as Name, Percentage, Calculation Type, and Application Criteria carry over instantly to the Prime Contract added to the template. Financial Markup - Improved Compounded Markup IU (GA) (05/11/2026)
Procore improved the selective compounding experience for financial markups, making it clear which markups are compounded and how calculations are performed. The selective compounding dropdown now displays all relevant markups in sequence, with tooltips providing detailed breakdowns for greater calculation transparency and auditability. Procore has introduced the Import from Prime Contract feature within the Financial Markup tab, enabling users to seamlessly pull existing markup configurations from one Prime Contract to another within the same project. The Financial Markup tab now includes a dedicated button that streamlines the import process, supports both single and multiple contract scenarios, and ensures key markup fields are accurately mapped for ERP-integrated workflows.
