When your company applies the 'Owners English' or 'Specialty Contractors English' point-of-view dictionary, you'll see different tool names and term changes in the user interface. Learn how to apply the dictionary options.

This table shows the differences in tool names (bold) and terms across the point-of-view dictionaries for Project Financials. These dictionaries are available in US English only. The default dictionary is designed for general contractors, which means that you will need to work with your Procore Administrator at your company and your Procore point of contact to access the other dictionary options.

先决条件

创建分包商发票

步骤

导航到项目的开发票工具。
点击分包商标签页。
勾选与带发票的合约相对应的复选框:

注意
要批量更改选定发票的状态，你选择的每个合约都必须有一张发票。
- 要选择所有发票，请选中与状态列中的标题对应的复选框。这将选择列表中的所有合约。
- 要选择单个发票，请选中与合约明细项对应的复选框。
点击编辑。
从选择状态下拉列表中选择适当状态。
注意

- 创建发票时（请参阅创建分包商发票），当你准备好将发票发送给发票管理员时，将发票的状态更改为"审核中"。然后管理员可以根据需要将其状态更改为"已批准"。
- 只有当发票处于“草稿”或“修订并重新提交”状态时，拥有“标准”级别权限的用户才能批量编辑发票。
点击保存编辑。

为什么"保存编辑"按钮不处于活动状态？一（1）个或多个选定合约不存在发票。
