禁用每周项目和资源进度计划电子邮件

目标

禁止自动向你的项目和现场团队发送每周项目和资源进度计划。

在项目进度计划工具的配置设置页面中，可以启用或禁用每周项目进度计划和每周资源进度计划。请参阅配置高级设置：项目进度计划。

Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' permissions on the project's Schedule tool.
  Note: To view or edit information on the Permissions Table page for the Schedule tool, 'Admin' permission to the project's Directory tool is also required.
Requirements:
- To send a weekly email, Schedule notification settings must be enabled the project's Directory tool, see Configure Schedule Notification Emails.
Additional Information:
- Emails will NOT be sent automatically if there are no to-do items or tasks for the given time period or if tasks are 100% complete. However, emails will still be sent if Send Now is clicked.

导航到项目的进度计划工具。
点击配置设置图标。
点击电子邮件设置。
选择要禁用的电子邮件：
- 如果想停止发送项目进度计划电子邮件，则清除每周项目进度计划部分中每周发送旁边的复选框。
- 如果想停止发送项目资源电子邮件，则清除每周资源进度计划部分中每周发送旁边的复选框。
点击更新。
