Manage Project Notes from the Project Overview

背景

The Project Overview gives users access to important project information in one place.

The project notes display on the Projects tab in the company’s Portfolio tool and are visible to all Procore users with permissions to the project.

• Project Notes are automatically visible to all project users after creation.

步骤

1. 导航到项目概况。

   • 导航到项目主页以重定向到项目概况。

   • 点击菜单并选择项目概况。

2. 在"项目信息"部分，点击注释。

   • Add Notes

     1. Enter the note.

     2. 点击发布注释。

   • Edit Notes

     1. 点击垂直省略号在注释旁边，然后点击编辑注释。

     2. Update the note.

     3. 点击保存。

   • Delete Notes

     • 点击垂直省略号在注释旁边，然后点击删除注释。

     • 点击删除以确认。
