目标

在 Android 移动设备上使用 Procore 应用程序通过电子邮件将尾项清单项目发送给任何用户。

需要考虑的事项

  • Required User Permissions: 
    • 'Admin' permissions on the project's Punch List tool.
      Note: 'Read Only' level users cannot be assigned to a punch list list item.
    • 'Standard' permissions on the project's Punch List tool for users who are listed as Default Punch Item Managers in the Punch List configuration settings, see Configure Advance Settings: Punch List. 
  • Additional Information:
    • The punch list item must have already been created and saved before it can be sent.

步骤

  1. 使用 Android 移动设备上的 Procore 应用程序导航到项目的尾项清单工具。
  2. 点击要通过电子邮件发送的尾项清单项目。
  3. 点击电子邮件图标-电子邮件-android.svg 。

  4. 点击以下字段以输入相应信息：
    • 收件人：添加将接收电子邮件的用户。
    • 抄送：添加想向其抄送电子邮件的用户。注意：作为电子邮件的创建者，系统会自动向你抄送电子邮件。
    • 密件抄送：添加想向其密送电子邮件的用户。
    • 主题：电子邮件的主题会自动填充“转发：项：[#]：[项标题]”。可以根据需要编辑主题。
    • 选填备注：添加将在电子邮件中显示的任何其他备注。
  5. 点击发送。
