flag-us.png  When your company applies the 'Owners English' or 'Specialty Contractors English' point-of-view dictionary, you'll see different tool names and term changes in the user interface. Learn how to apply the dictionary options. 

  • To learn the differences: Show/Hide      

    • This table shows the differences in tool names (bold) and terms across the point-of-view dictionaries for Project Financials. These dictionaries are available in US English only. The default dictionary is designed for general contractors, which means that you will need to work with your Procore Administrator at your company and your Procore point of contact to access the other dictionary options.

背景 

你可以创建根据主合同开具的业主 发票，然后通过电子邮件将其发送给你的收件人。 如果你需要将发票发送给项目业主，此方法允许他们在你的 Procore 中查看发票（仅限他们拥有 Procore 用户账户并且你已授予用户访问权限）。 当你想要获取业主的书面批准或拒绝的书面原因时，这被证明是有用的。 Procore 会自动将所有收件人回复存储在发票电子邮件标签页中的外发邮件的"发件人"地址中。

  1. 导航到项目级别发票 工具。
  2. 点击业主标签页。
  3. 找到要通过电子邮件发送的发票。
  4. 点击发票编号链接将其打开。
  5. 点击电子邮件标签页。
  6. 点击撰写电子邮件。
    这将打开"撰写新电子邮件"页面。
  7. 填写以下字段：
    • 私密。 选中此复选框以将电子邮件设置为私密。私密电子邮件仅与收件人和发件人共享。
    • 要。键入以在项目目录中搜索匹配收件人的列表。
    • 抄送。输入以在项目目录中搜索以查找要抄送的匹配收件人列表。默认情况下，你的姓名显示在此处。
    • 密件抄送。输入以在项目目录中搜索以查找要抄送的匹配收件人列表。
    • 主题。 此字段将填充发票编号。 主题行是自动添加的。 如果需要，你可以进行更改。
    • 消息。 键入电子邮件的正文。
    • 附件。添加任何相关文档或文件。
  8. 点击发送。
    显示黄色的"通信已创建"横幅，以确认外发消息已创建并添加到 Procore 的外发电子邮件队列。
     注意
    • 外发消息的记录保存在发票的"电子邮件"标签页中。
    • 发送到外发邮件中"发件人"地址的任何邮件都会自动保存在发票的"电子邮件"标签页中。 这为你的消息收件人提供了便利，可以在其电子邮件程序中使用回复功能。 它还会捕获协作者的批准或拒绝书面答复。
