目标

在 Procore 项目上激活一个或多个预算编号。

背景

如果你的团队在项目中创建了预算编号，Procore 会自动激活这些编号。但是，如果停用了预算编号，稍后你可能需要重新将其激活。

Example

As shown in the illustrations below, an 'Active' budget code is available in the drop-down list as a selection in the 'Budget Code' column in all of Procore's Project Financials tools. An 'Inactive' budget code is not available for use. 

Active Budget Codes

Appear as options in the 'Budget Code' drop-down list.

步骤

激活预算编号

  1. 导航到项目的管理员工具。
  2. 点击工作分解结构链接。
  3. 点击预算编号使用标签页。
  4. 找到你要停用的预算编号。
     注意

    To help you locate the code, you have these options:

    • To search for a specific budget code, type in the desired code in the Search box.
  5. 点击 状态 下拉列表并选择 活动 选项。

    Procore 会激活项目的预算编号。该代码现在显示为选项，可从项目财务管理中所有工具的“预算代码”列中的下拉列表中选择。

批量激活预算编号

  1. 导航到项目的管理员工具。
  2. 点击工作分解结构链接。
  3. 点击预算编号使用标签页。
  4. 标记与你要激活的一个或多个预算编号对应的复选框。
  5. 点击变更状态菜单并从下拉列表中选择活动。
