背景

Creating a change event allows you to prepare for the cost of a change before it becomes an actual cost. For example, if a project manager is anticipating the need to change the paint colors of a project, they can start preparing for that cost by creating a change event, which describes the estimated financial cost of the change, as well as which cost codes will be affected. After creating a change event, they can then create an RFQ (Request for Quote), which is sent to the appropriate subcontractors for pricing. When RFQs are created and responded to by the assigned subcontractors, change orders can then be created based upon the submitted quote.

步骤

使用 iOS 移动设备上的 Procore 应用程序导航到 RFI 工具。
点击要从中创建变更事件的 RFI。
点击竖省略号图标。
点击创建变更事件。
点击字段以输入适当的信息：
- 来源：此字段会自动填充 RFI 的名称。
- 标题：为更改事件提供标题。
- 状态：选择未完成、已关闭、待处理或无效以指示变更事件的状态。
- 工作范围：选择待定、工作范围内或工作范围外以指示成本是否包含在原始合同中。
- 类型：选择待定、限额、应急开支、业主变更或转让以指示准备的成本类型。
- 变更原因：从下拉菜单中选择变更原因。
- 描述：描述可能导致成本变更的事件。
- 添加附件：要添加照片或文件，请点击以从以下选项中选择：
  - 拍摄照片：这将打开相机应用程序，以便可以拍摄照片并将其直接添加到项目中。
  - 从库中选择：这会将你转到设备库中的照片。然后就可以选择要添加到项中的图像。
  - 文件：这会将你转至已保存到设备中的文件。
