Milestone Dependencies allow you to establish a relationship between two milestones so that you can track and maintain project schedules more efficiently. For example, a 'Construction Start' milestone can be dependent on the date for the 'Drawings Complete' milestone. If the forecast date for 'Drawings Complete' is adjusted by 10 days, the forecast date for 'Construction Start' will also adjust by 10 days.

Notes:

  • 你不能为列出的第一个里程碑设置依赖项，因为之前没有任何内容。
  • 你只能在手动添加新里程碑时设置里程碑依赖项，而不是从模板添加。

步骤

为新里程碑设置依赖项：

  1. 在项目页面的里程碑部分，点击添加里程碑。
  2. 输入里程碑的标题和日期。请参阅将里程碑添加到综合财务管理中的项目。
  3. 点击依赖项下拉菜单并选择一个依赖项。
  4. 点击添加。

为现有里程碑设置依赖项的步骤：

  1. 点击加号 blue-plus-pfcp.png 你要为其设置依赖项的里程碑的“依赖项”列中的图标。
  2. 选择你希望它关联到的里程碑。

    注意：如果你更改里程碑的预测日期，相关里程碑的预测日期也将更新。
