目标

使用 iOS 移动设备上的 Procore 应用程序从工作日志中通过电子邮件发送日志。

需要考虑的事项

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions on the project's Daily Log tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • Users with the ‘Collaborator Entry Only’ granular permission cannot email the daily log.

步骤

  1. 使用 iOS 移动设备上的 Procore 应用程序导航到项目的工作日志工具。
  2. 选择要通过电子邮件发送的工作日志的日期。
  3. 点击共享icon-share-ios.png图标。

  4. 点击首选电子邮件应用程序。
  5. 点击以下字段以输入相应信息：
    • 收件人：输入要向其发送工作日志的电子邮件地址。
    • 抄送：输入要在电子邮件中抄送的任何电子邮件地址。
    • 密件抄送：输入要密件抄送电子邮件的任何电子邮件地址。
    • 主题：输入电子邮件地址的主题。
    • 选填备注：输入要与工作日志一起发送的任何其他备注。
  6. 点击发送。
